Refund Policy

Requests for cancellation and/or refunds can be handled:

Customers are required to bring or submit the following information relating to the transaction:

  • Name of lead passenger
  • Booking reference
  • Date of service and type of service
  • Transaction number and/or copy of online receipt
  • Date & time of transaction
  • Name of credit card holder
  • amount paid

Blands Travel aims to refund the full amount within 30 days of the cancellation date if request is deemed genuine. Refunds will not be entertained on (1) the event of a no show or (2) if cancellation requests are received within 24 hours or less of when the shuttle service is due.
