Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://www.gibraltarshuttle.coma website and the shuttle service (the "Service") operated by Blands Travel ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, passengers and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Malaga Airport Shuttle

  • All cash payments must be settled at our offices at Blands Travel, Cloister Building, Irish Town prior to service date. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is settled, and you have received a booking confirmation together with a reference number.
  • Departure Gibraltar - Coach will depart from Midtown Coach Park, Gibraltar ground floor at 07:30 hours & 14:30 hours unless hotel collection has been previously arranged.
  • Departure Malaga Airport - Coach will depart from the airport coach park at 11:00 hours & 20:00 hours - Directions to the coach park will be given on booking confirmation.
  • All passengers on the GIBRALTAR - MALAGA journey, must exit the coach at the frontier and cross walking with their personal belongings.
  • Coaches are programmed to leave at the scheduled time. Regrettably we are unable to delay departures due to flight or passenger late arrival.

  • Please contact the ground rep on +34 699 493 821 if unable to locate the coach.

Gibraltar Airport Shuttle

  • All cash payments must be settled at our offices at Blands Travel, Cloister Building, Irish Town prior to service date. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is settled, and you have received a booking confirmation together with a reference number.
  • On arrival at Gibraltar Airport, a representative will be at the arrivals terminal holding a “Blands Travel” sign.
  • Please have your booking confirmation available.
  • On departure, please be ready at your hotel lobby. Please be aware this is a shuttle service and therefore collection time may vary slightly.
  • In the event of a flight diversion, we will not be able to collect after 2200hrs.

  • Please contact the ground rep on +350 56002175 if unable to locate the coach.

Cancellations & Refunds

Requests for cancellation and/or refunds can be handled:

Customers are required to bring or submit the following information relating to the transaction:

  • Name of lead passenger
  • Booking reference
  • Date of service and type of service
  • Transaction number and/or copy of online receipt
  • Date & time of transaction
  • Name of credit card holder
  • amount paid

Blands Travel aims to refund the full amount within 30 days of the cancellation date if request is deemed genuine. Refunds will not be entertained on (1) the event of a no show or (2) if cancellation requests are received within 24 hours or less of when the shuttle service is due.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Blands Travel.

Blands Travel has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Blands Travel shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 7 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
